I love holiday baking and I cannot lie! This is my favorite time of year. I love singing along to Christmas carols, decorating the tree, and baking a special treat. These snowman brownies are my kids favorite and not only are they delicious, but also not complicated to bake at all. Easy is a moms love language! I love baking them using our favorite Pamela’s chocolate brownie mix.

Step 2. While brownies are baking, take approximately 12-14 marshmallows and begin creating snowman face with black food pen and candy corn or orange food pen. Set to the side.
Step 3. Mix powdered sugar and milk in a small cup. Remove brownies from over once the center of brownies is completely cooked and set to the side to cool for 10-15 minutes.
Step 4: Cut brownies into desired squares(about 2-3 inches wide). Add a little bit of “melted” icing and place snowman marshmallow on top.
There you have easy, delicious snowman brownies! These brownies are perfect for holiday hosting, potlucks, classroom parties, or just a fun treat. I prepare mine egg free substituting with Greek yogurt due to an egg allergy, but I find it also creates a more soft batter texture leaving the end result soft and extra gooey! We love baking with Pamela’s Products. They offer a wide variety of baking mixes that make holiday baking so smooth.
