Snowman Brownies

I love holiday baking and I cannot lie! This is my favorite time of year. I love singing along to Christmas carols, decorating the tree, and baking a special treat. These snowman brownies are my kids favorite and not only are they delicious, but also not complicated to bake at all. Easy is a moms love language! I love baking them using our favorite Pamela’s chocolate brownie mix.

Pamela’s Gluten-Free Chocolate Brownie Mix is our favorite!

There you have easy, delicious snowman brownies! These brownies are perfect for holiday hosting, potlucks, classroom parties, or just a fun treat. I prepare mine egg free substituting with Greek yogurt due to an egg allergy, but I find it also creates a more soft batter texture leaving the end result soft and extra gooey! We love baking with Pamela’s Products. They offer a wide variety of baking mixes that make holiday baking so smooth.
