Low carb and keto friendly Frappuccino copy cat

Like so many others all around the world, I love the world famous Frappuccino’s from Starbucks. But have you ever read how much sugar, calories, and fat are in them? Even for the day to day person it is alarming. When I began keto over 3 years ago, I began creating my favorite foods and drinks into low carb and keto friendly substitutes. It’s as easy as substituting sugar for a healthy, plant based sugar substitute that can make all the difference. Recently I got a craving for my favorite Frappuccino and instantly thought to try to make it healthy. You guys, I’m hooked! If you are doing Keto or a low carb diet, this is a must try.

What you will need:

• 1 serving of Atkins Cafe Latte protein shake or similar

• 1 serving of SlimFast Keto Vanilla Shake

•NuNaturals Caramel 0 Net Carb Syrup

•1 large cup of ice(preferably crushed)

Instructions:

Step 1: In a blender, add all the ingredients. Drizzle the NuNaturals Caramel Syrup on for added caramel flavor. Then blend with ice until a smooth texture.

Step 2: Drizzle the NuNaturals Caramel Syrup along the sides of a cup. Pour the frozen coffee in cup. You can also add some sugar-free whipped cream on top! Enjoy.
