To the momma going through depression or anxiety during these hard times, I promise it will be okay.
To the momma crying herself to sleep after a long day, I promise it will be okay.
To the momma who hasn’t washed her hair or changed out of her pjs in days, I promise it will be okay.
To the momma who constantly beats herself up over the little things, I promise it will be okay.
To the momma who often thinks to herself “It only gets worse, I give up”, I promise it will be okay.
To the momma who is struggling both financially and physically, I promise it will be okay.
To the momma who is juggling working from home, learning how to homeschool, and trying to keep up with the house while your family is home, I promise it will be okay.
Today it may not feel okay. But it is okay to be not be okay.
Mental health is so important during this time, that’s why today I banded together with a group of my favorite ladies to let you know that it’s okay to not be okay right now. Please, if you need anyone to talk to or vent to know that we are here. We can all do this together. Head to my Instagram here next for some inspiration.
So proud of you!
