Lately I’ve been obsessed with smoothies. I enjoy a smoothie after I’m done working out or in the afternoon for an easy pick me up snack. I love smoothies because not only can they be made fast, but you can put just about anything in them to make them jammed packed with healthy superfoods and nutrients. I love adding protein powder to mine since it’s a great way to help boost muscle growth, maintain weightloss, and keep me feeling fuller longer. Lately I’ve been making my favorite strawberry protein smoothie with Nature Zen Organic Plant-Based Protein Powder and thought I should share the recipe with you all because it’s absolutely DELICIOUS. Plus, totally healthy!
How to make:
•1 cup of ice
•1 1/2 cup fruit of choice (I love berries and apples lately, but I change it up often)
•1 big handful of spinach or greens
•1/3 cup Greek yogurt
•1 scoop of Nature Zen Protein Powder
•1/2 cup of oat milk
