Valentine’s Day is less than a week away. No matter if you have a special someone you plan on celebrating with or you’re flying solo this year, there is nothing wrong with grabbing a box of chocolates and binge watching some good romcoms or a cheesy love movie or two. No matter if they’re predictable or I get blindsided, I love watching a feel good romance movie. Thankfully nowadays there are countless options available on streaming apps that work for everyone! Who else remembers having to drive to your local Blockbuster to rent a movie for the night? Now all you have to do is turn on the TV and watch whatever movie you wish! I am a huge romance book lover so I recently tried PASSIONFLIX for the first time. I was so impressed! PASSIONFLIX has a ton of fun and serious romance movies and shows. If you haven’t tried PASSIONFLIX, definitely give their app a try. Most are originally best seller books! Of course you also have the Hallmark channel and your typical movies and shows on Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon. For the last couple of weeks, my hubby and I have enjoyed watching a movie or two each weekend. I’m thankful my husband puts up with my sappy movie choices! Out of all the movies we have watched, these are my favorites that are perfect for this Valentine’s Day.
Tangled, available on PASSIONFLIX, was totally swoon worthy! From hate to love, this movie will have you on the edge of your seats till the very end. It was a fun movie set up, unlike most.
Time Is Up, available on PrimeVideo, quickly became my favorite movie on Prime. The chemistry these two have on screen was absolute fire! The story is just what you need after a hard day. The ending made me want to grab the tissue and leap from my seat.
The Hating Game, which is based off the novel written by Sally Thorne, is available on PrimeVideo. This movie was the perfect romcom for a Friday night in with my husband. It was much better than we expected, if I’m being completely honestly. It also inspired us to watch more from Lucy Hale which leads us to the next movie…
A Nice Girl Like You had both my husband and I laughing so hard my stomach started to cramp. It is absolutely hilarious while also being a swoon worthy romance story that I just fell in love with especially towards the end. Lucy Hale is so great in this movie!
After, which is the first movie of four based from Anna Todd’s After Series, is one of my favorite movie series of all time. The first three movies are available on Netflix with the last and final movie set to release later this year. I fell in love with the books and I’m so happy they ended up on the big screen. These movies are heartbreakingly beautiful and not your typical romance movie. Lots of drama, real life obstacles, and of course, love like no other.
The Last Love Letter From Your Love Letter is available to stream on Netflix. Based on Jojo Moyes 2012 novel, this movie is such a great story with some awesome actors and actresses. My husband wasn’t into this movie as much as me, but I thought it was another great love story between two separate couples beautifully intwined with an even more beautiful ending.
