Valentine’s Day Breakfast Ideas

If you know me, you know I live for fun breakfasts! Any holiday or special day calls for an extra special breakfast. Each weekend this month we have been doing a fun breakfast in honor of Valentine’s Day and I of course couldn’t resist sharing with you all!

These are both fairly inexpensive and great for both your picky kids and adults. You can of course make changes if needed to accommodate. Personally, we love berries! Fresh strawberries, raspberries, and even blackberries have been our go to for breakfasts lately. Bananas, apples, and blueberries are great as well! Sweet and salty is a family win so don’t forget to add some bacon or breakfast sausage.

Heart Pancakes

These were so fun to make and the kids ate them all! I wanted to do heart shapes waffles, but all of the local stores as well as online were out of stock. Instead I decided to grab a $1 heart cookie cutter from Walmart and make our very own heart pancakes. Don’t forget to grab some special Valentine’s sprinkles and raspberry syrup!

Heart Cinnamon Rolls

I saw a video on how to make these one day on Facebook and couldn’t resist! They are super easy with the Pillsbury Cinnamon Roll cans. Bonus if you can get your hands on the strawberry edition as the icing is pink!

Valentine’s Day Board

A breakfast board is always a win in our house! The kids love picking and choosing what they want. It is fun because you truly can put whatever your heart desires on a breakfast board. Muffins, pancakes, waffles, toast, fruit, eggs, breakfast meat, etc! Make it extra special by shaping fruit into a heart or adding pink and red sprinkles.

Turning your favorite breakfast foods into hearts or holiday colors is always extra special. Make sure to tell me in the comments what you plan on making for breakfast this Valentine’s Day.

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and Happy Valentine’s Day!

Xoxo
