Always Eat After 7 PM: Part Three

Hello again! I wanted to share with you my results so far since I began the Always Eat After 7 PM: The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight by Joel Marion. I was a bit skeptical at first, if I am being completely honest. I have tried diets in the past and seen little to no change. When I started this diet, I truly just wanted to gain back my energy, loose weight, and get my metabolism going. Wow, has my life changed so much in such a short time! By following the Always Eat After 7PM program, I have the most willpower to stay on the diet because I am eating during the hours when I am most hungry. In doing this, it has put me into both intermittent fasting increasing testosterone and my metabolism, while also putting me into ketosis.  

I have been able to get back outside running with my kids and I no longer crave those mid-day energy shots. I have even dropped a pants size. I feel energized, less bloated, and am loving how I look in the mirror. I don’t have nearly as many restless nights either.

With such easy-to-follow meal planning, it makes busy weeks with the kids and work a breeze to stick to healthy eating. The 3-Minute Fat-Burning Morning ritual is so simple and I love how energized I feel. I also love the detailed food lists which help generalize what you should and shouldn’t be eating. I am a very visual person so seeing the groups and being able to have a quick spot to look back at is so helpful when shopping and planning meals. There are also so many easy and delicious recipes. Our whole family has been loving each recipe I have prepared. One of my favorite recipes from the book is the No Bake Salted Caramel Bars. Oh my are they deliciously healthy!
