A few days ago I was searching for a change. I was searching for a new way of life that would help me gain back my energy, health, and help boost my metabolism all while loosing weight. After I heard Joel Marion’s compelling story as to how and why he wrote the book, it truly hit me that this was exactly what I needed to make a change. Joel Marion debunked a few myths backed by science in his video here and it really got me thinking. As I began reading the book, it truly resonated to the struggles I had been facing. In the book, Joel Marion says,

I have tried the no carbs and limited carb diets. They are so hard to sustain long term!
