Keto Corn Dogs

I have tried many different recipes and created several different Keto creations. My husband and I had been really craving Corn Dogs lately so I decided to give it a try! It’s fairly simple, egg free, and only 7 ingredients total!

What you will need for Corn Dogs

Mozzarella cheese

Almond flour

Hot dogs/sausages of choice

Butter

SkinnyGirl Poppyseed dressing

Mayo

Dijon Mustard

For Crust:

Preheat oven to 425 and lay out parchment paper or spray cooking pan with olive oil.

Warm 4 cups mozzarella cheese and 1 1/2 cups almond flour together. Blend together until dough like then separate into 4 sections.

Roll out each section and place one hot dog or sausage. I used Aidells for these which are zero carb sausages.

Fold over and cover completely. Continue until all are covered. Lay on cooking pan, put a thin layer of butter on top, and cook for 20 minutes or until brown.

For Dip:

In a dish mix 1/3 cup of SkinnyGirl Poppyseed dressing, 2 tsp Dijon mustard, and 1/4 cup Mayo.

Macros will vary depending on brands.

Serve warm
