Toddler approved Apple Cinnamon Goat Milk Pancakes

I have been making these fast and easy pancakes for years! Since my kids were about 8 months old, they have loved finger foods. For breakfast I would make something simple but they began to get bored with it. I was in the kitchen one day and decided to try creating a pancake recipe that would still be easy on their stomach. With just three simple ingredients, these are delicious and perfect for even the fussiest toddlers! Ingredients that you will need:

1/4 cup Kabrita Goat Milk Apple and Cinnamon Porridge

1/2 cup of unsweetened apple sauce (can substitute for 1 medium ripe banana)

1 egg

How to make:

Step 1. Mix 1/2 cup of unsweetened apple sauce and 1 egg in a medium sized bowl. If you are substituting with a medium ripe banana, mash the banana and mix with 1 egg.

Step 2. Combine the applesauce and egg mix with 1/4 cup Kabrita Apple and Cinnamon Porridge. Mix until mixture is smooth.

Step 3. Use about 1.5 tbsp of the pancake mixture and make about 5 pancakes.

My kids love them topped with unsweetened apple sauce, yogurt, or if your child is old enough, local honey. You can also add small pieces of berries such as blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries.

These pancakes are a wonderful option for baby led weaning as they are soft to chew and easy to pick up. They also make great finger foods and breakfast(or snacks even) for toddlers. I love that they can also be stored in the fridge for 48 hours or the freezer. These pancakes are also perfect for meal prepping ahead of time to make mornings a little bit more smooth.
