This year, we celebrated our daughter’s birthday with a special trip to Disneyland, and it was an experience we’ll cherish forever. We had always dreamed of visiting during the fall, and this was our first time experiencing the park dressed up for Halloween. The Boo-gogi toasted sandwich with corn cheese soup was another standout—comfort food at its finest. To wash it all down, we sipped on mint juleps that added a refreshing twist to our culinary adventure. And we couldn’t leave without trying the ube soft serve; its vibrant purple color and unique flavor were the perfect ending to our meals.
